Policies...ShippingShipping is through United Parcel Service (UPS). Livestock is guaranteed to arrive alive only with UPS NextDay Air. Other, slower, options are available, but not guaranteed. Livestock shipping dates must be scheduled with Coral Pets. You will receive a tracking number via email the evening before your shipment arrival. We will call or email to arrange to shipping 24 to 36 hours after orders are placed. Please include requested ship dates in your order notes, and we will do our best to work with you. You will receive a tracking # email from UPS confirming your order has shipped. If you do not receive an email by the night before your order is to ship, please email us to confirm the shipment date. Accept the package on the first attempt. Shipping only to the continental 48 states. There is a $10.00 box charge to cover the shipping materials used to get your animals to you in the best health possible. Guarantees Livestock that is shipped All animals are guaranteed to arrive alive. The package must be shipped overnight express, and accepted on the first delivery attempt. A photograph and email must be provided within 6 hours of accepting the package. Shipping costs are not included in the guarantee. Only store credit is given, and must be used on the next purchase. No refunds. Livestock purchased in the store On most fish, if it dies within two days, a replacement can be bought at half the cost, or store credit given for half the cost. Bring a water sample in, so that we may test your water. Certain hard to keep species and fish known to jump out of the tank are not guaranteed. Please ask about the care and guarantee when shopping in the store. Corals are not guaranteed. Payment We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal as forms of payment for internet orders. Photographs See each coral's description for what type of lighting it is photographed under. Photos are not edited/enhanced, other than resizing and cropping. Digital camera settings are set to make the corals' color as close to the naked eye as possible. Your type of lighting and tank conditions can make them appear different. |
